Impact:
The session was very constructive as many students did not know what exactly is menstruation. They asked a lot of questions about why it happens and how to overcome some of the problems they face during that period.
Report:
Session on Health & Hygiene with boys by Puja Saha. Session started with discussion on basic hygiene habits such washing our hands,brushing twice daily, bathing everyday, clipping our nails, keeping our clothes clean etc. We then discussed what is menstruation, how it is a natural process, menstrual hygiene, and busted some myths & taboos surrounding it. We also discussed the importance of balanced diet, avoiding junk food and limiting screen time to take care of our eyes and sleep patterns.
