Students were very interactive on this topic and answered all questions with enthusiasm. They promised to maintain their hygiene and to keep themselves healthy.
Report:
Session on Health & Hygiene with boys by Puja Saha. Session started with discussion on basic hygiene habits such washing our hands,brushing twice daily, bathing everyday, clipping our nails, keeping our clothes clean etc. We discussed the fundamentals of a balanced diet, the importance of regular exercise, habits to keep out eyesight good, minimizing the amount of junk food we eat and talked about how Health is Wealth.
