Impact:
For the first time children did meditation, and they all followed the instructions. When I asked them how was it, they said they are really feeling good.
Report:
I had this session on 6th Feb, I did upload but it's not showing. Principal sir gave me class 6. I asked them what they want me talk about and they came up with health. I asked them what health, why it is necessary, what if we are not healthy. As they were noisy I did respecting elders and listening to others and ended the session with meditation.
