Impact:
Students really enjoyed playing the quiz game and were excited about the surprise topic element due to the chits in the bag. They most enjoyed the two stories where they got to decide the characters' names and mannerisms. When asked how the morals applied to their lives practically they gave very logical answers. Personally it was a great learning experience on how to create a lesson plan which is engaging for kids. as well as how to adapt the plan according to the class needs.
Report:
The session consisted of two topics - General Awareness and Value Education. The General awareness session included a discussion on the history and importance of Republic day and a group quiz on various topics. Chits with different topics were created in class and put in a bag from which students picked one and had to answer a question on that topic. In value education 2 stories from panchatranta were told and the students discussed the morals they inferred from each story.
