Impact:
Everyday the kids here, takes a particular task to complete, not specifically homework but a relief work mainly, so for the next session they would draw the outline of the indian map and colour it in tricolor.
Report:
On the occasion of republic day, we made the kids stand infront of a national flag and analyze it for sometime, they had so many thoughts on it, which was appreciative and emphasises that our vision reflects on our attitude. Instead of going in mainstream subjects today, we had a session on our country, narrating stories of independence and republic days. Students were very interactive as they could share their perspectives, in between these, they noted down the names of different freedom leaders in Bengali and English, subsequently and also their birthdates. We also read the preamble together, today and learnt its meaning, together.
