The Students learned about the Physiological that they go through during puberty and also how to maintain proper menstrual health and hygiene during their cycle
Report:
The session started with the basic Introductory phase. The topic for today was Health and hygiene. Since there were all girls, the session was all about Menstrual Health and hygiene. The session started with the physiological changes within a female body and then gradually discussing the things they should do for normal functioning of the body and foods they should avoid and also few important hygiene tips during the cycle. The session ended with answering few questions from the Girls and advising few yoga posture to calm their soul.
