The Kids learned how to live a healthy lifestyle by making small changes in food and regular physical activity
Report:
The session started with checking their last session's Homework and they were asked to learn and write spellings of few words and then we moved to basic grammar with few kids and Tables and basic maths with few. The Height, Weight and BMI of the Kids were assessed and the pros and cons of different foods were discussed, they were encouraged for healthy eating and also Encouraged to eat more fruits and vegetables while still keeping moderate amounts of sugar and fats. The hazards of high calorie, super-sized fast foods, sugar-laden snacks, and high-fat, salted junk foods were also discussed.
