Impact:
The students and Teacher liked our session. The students were excited to learn new things and tried to do better. They came and asked about techniques, postures. They enjoyed a lots and new things. The teacher wants more session on this topic and appreciated us.
Report:
Today Priyanka along with Shiksha di conducted a session on self defense at sangha shiksha balika vidyalay (Howrah) . A session was started by doing some exercises like stretching, toe & heel rising, side crossing Then I taught them how to defend themselves by attacks on head and make them practice then I ended the session by giving them some tasks to practice at home. The session was get over in 1 hour due to rain because session was going on in a small open place ( maath). the children and the school is very happy and satisfied and asked for more session.
