Impact:
This session helped the children to understand the importance of meditation and we would be continuing meditation in our following sessions as well. It helped them to understand various engish words and also the lesson of team work.
Report:
We started the session with a 5 mins of meditation. It was followed by helping the students with their school homework. We then asked the children to narrate a story in English which was later explained by other children in hindi. The story also helped them to learn the lesson of team work.
