The students were previously little aware about plastics pollution. We made their frame more strong so that they promise themselves not to use plastics specially single use plastics randomly. The interesting point is that they were very ready to recycle plastics by their creativity. A few students were also concern to spread such awareness out of classrooms. Finally they made this session successful with mandatory selfie.

The students of 12 to 14 years were there. Firstly we ignited them by asking what they think about Plastic pollution. Then we discussed how and why plastics are dangerous for our environment followed by some visual demonstrations. They also described some common examples of daily life where they become witness of plastic pollution. Later on we tried to visualize what will be the scenario of plastic pollution as well as climate change in near future. We concluded the session with most important part that is how we can eradicate this burning issue. Though the young minds were little confused to cut down the use of plastics from our lifestyle, but we gave ideas of minimalistic sustainable lifestyle hacks to reduce , reuse and recycle plastics.
