It was my first session at this place. I taught the younger students of (mostly of classes KG to 8) of a cricket academy called Crikchamps. There were around 20 students in the session.
Since it was my first day there, it was mostly an interactive one. They were very disciplined, energetic and welcoming. They introduced themselves- they told their names, class they studied in, what they love doing, some even shared their special qualities and good habits, so we took our discussion further more on basic good habits and discipline. Next, they spoke about their favourite cricketers and why they were their favourites, what our national sport is, the current world cup and also shared their interests and knowledge about their favourite subjects. But most interestingly, when I asked them why Cricket was more popular and a favourite sport to them I received quite overwhelming answers to that. So we went on to interact more on the less popular sports to some significant sports personalities of those fields to spread awareness, teach them not be biased and of course for their general knowledge.
Overall, everyone was very attentive, prompt and eager to share their thoughts.
