We had planned to visit the 5 schools mentioned above to pitch our E-VOLV programme for the students.
Indira Gandhi Girl's Senior Secondary School- This was the first school we had visited. We spoke to the hindi teacher of the school and pitched the evolve programme before her also providing them with the newsletter, poster and official letter. She seemed interested and said she would get back to us in a few days.
Salt Lake School- This was the second school we had visited. We spoke the coordinator madam there. She said the school already conducts such activities and that it is not allowed that any outsider organisation shall conduct for them.
Salt Lake Point School- This was the 3rd school we had visited.We could speak to the coordinator and dropped in the letter so that the school can contact us later.
St. Joans School- This was the 4th school we visited. We spoke to the coordinator madam here and explained what evolv was actually about. Handing over the letter,poster and newsletter we took her contact no. so that we can contact her later.
Our Lady Queen of the Missions School, Salt Lake- This is the 5th school we visited. We were able to talk to the principal. She was very interested in the programme and allowed us to talk to the students. We could speak to the students of class 9. The sessions in QMSSL will resume from next week
