No. Of students : 35-40 Time : 10.00 - 11.20 am. Class : 3,4,5,6 Today the students noted down their 5 fears. Then they talked about it. Some incidents and situations they faced. I tried my best to advice them how to overcome their fears. One thing I noticed that they are yet to find the actual fear they fear. Mostly it was about things and animals. So next day we'll do some meditation before starting the session. One kid suggested that meditation helps in controlling emotions and fears. These kids are really intelligent. Everyday I learn something from them. Outcome : over coming fears, confidence building, self judgement.
